Since 2001 Uptown Bill’s has been a gathering place for people of all ages and abilities to work, play, listen and create in a safe and comfortable environment. In the spirit of Bill Sackter it provides:
- A venue to practice and to showcase a diversity of artists
- Volunteer and workplace experience for individuals with and without disabilities
- A community forum on abilities awareness
